A user profile can be seen by anyone knowing the Metamask address of that user. This applies to users who are logged in and those who are not. Your profile URL consists of the app’s domain name, page category, and the user’s Metamask address. In general, it will look like this:

From the screenshots below, you can see that there is no difference in how the profile page looks except for your own dashboard.
